1-Year Genetic Health Guarantee

Royal Toy Poodles provides a one-year guarantee against life-threatening hereditary or congenital defects that significantly affect the puppy’s quality of life.

If a licensed veterinarian determines that your puppy has a serious hereditary or congenital condition within one year from the date of purchase, we may offer one of the following remedies:

• Replacement puppy of comparable value when available, or

• Partial or full refund at our discretion based on the severity and circumstances of the condition

Documentation from a licensed veterinarian, including diagnostic reports, may be required before any claim is approved.

Buyer Responsibilities

To maintain the validity of this health guarantee, buyers agree to:

• Have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving the puppy

• Provide proper nutrition, housing, exercise, and routine veterinary care

• Keep vaccinations and preventative care up to date

• Follow veterinary recommendations regarding the puppy’s health and well-being

• Provide a safe and loving home environment

Proper care plays an important role in a puppy’s overall health and development.

Exclusions

This guarantee does not cover:

• Minor, non-life-threatening conditions

• Injuries caused by accidents, neglect, abuse, or improper care

• Illnesses resulting from exposure after the puppy leaves our care

• Stress-related conditions that may occur during adjustment to a new home

• Parasites, viruses, or infections contracted after transfer to the buyer

• Veterinary expenses incurred without prior notification to Royal Toy Poodles

• Conditions caused by improper diet, overfeeding, underfeeding, obesity, or environmental factors

No breeder can guarantee against every possible health issue that may arise throughout a dog’s lifetime.
