Purchasing a Puppy

Our puppies are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

A puppy is considered available until full payment has been received and confirmed. Because we receive inquiries from multiple families, we cannot hold or reserve puppies without payment.

Once payment has been completed, the puppy will be marked as sold and prepared for pickup, delivery, or transportation arrangements.

Full Payment Requirement

Full payment is required before a puppy can leave our care.

This policy protects both our customers and our breeding program and ensures a smooth transition for every puppy joining their new family.

No puppy will be released until payment has been received and verified.

Payment Verification

For security purposes, all payments may be verified before a puppy is released.

We may request additional information if needed to confirm the payment and protect against fraudulent transactions.

Refunds

We stand behind the health of our puppies and want every family to feel confident in their purchase.

Refund requests related to health concerns will be handled according to the terms outlined in our Health Guarantee.

Because a puppy is removed from the market once sold, payments are generally non-refundable except in situations covered by our Health Guarantee or where otherwise required by law.
